Yes. If you request a contract, we can provide one for your piece of mind. We want you to be sure we will deliver on what we say we are going to.

Yes absolutely however, we have developed processes and systems to manage your renovation from start to finish, quickly and easily. If you do employ your own trades i.e. friends or family, they must adhere to our timelines for completion. If they cannot, it may be too late to book in our trades to complete the work as they will be booked onto other jobs. Please note this may delay the process if you are let down by your trades.

It is also important that you don’t undertake works you don’t know how to do/are not qualified to do as these can prove disastrous to you i.e. you may think its easy enough to demolish and remove an internal wall but what if that wall is load bearing? Are you prepared for your roof to cave in? This is just one scenario we have encountered.

There are things you can do to save money during the renovation process. We recommend you speak to our experts during your initial consultation and ask us how.

This is a question we get frequently and the answer is generally “no”. Unless your situation is classified an emergency, in general we don’t start jobs the same day you contact us. The reason is that we are booked out in advance and take time to consult with our clients before starting any works. We visit the project site to gauge the scope of works and discuss requirements with our clients. This process also allows us to provide you with a detailed written quote thereafter, plan out your job; working out how long the project will take to complete, what tradesmen are needed as well as suppliers and materials required.

There are certain types of work that are considered emergencies which we may (at our discretion) come out to straight away to assist you.

No. We don’t charge for quotes but in most cases, we do need to come out and assess the job before we can give you a price. Quotes are free of charge no matter the size of the job.

This really depends on the scope of the work being undertaken and the size of the space.  As a rough idea, we can renovate a standard kitchen or bathroom in 1-2 weeks.

Yes. All of our trades are managed by Barry (Project Manager and Carpenter) – guaranteeing all works carried out. Depending on the job and the works being undertaken, determines for how long (as the rules around different types of works periodically changes under legislation) industry wide.
